The Hopkins chapter of the FFA has been selected as this year’s National Chapter Award State Winner for Michigan.

Advisor Jessica Couch said, “What an honor it is to be top chapter. Thank you to everyone who has helped build our program to what it is today. I am truly blessed to work with some of the best!”

First runner-up was the Lapeer FFA chapter and second runner-up was North Huron.

Also at the state FFA convention this week at Michigan State University, Hopkins FFA member Olivia Coffey was elected regional vice president.
