Hopkins High School graduate Robin Rybiski Genther has been selected Best of Metro award winner.

Genther has worked at Metro Health for nearly 19 years, beginning her career as a radiology technologist for the sports medicine team. She quickly advanced to take on the role of practice manager at Metro Health Jenison. During that time she was also involved in the management of Dr. Breitweiser’s Grandville practice and became involved in the development and management of the Metro Health Cosmetic Treatment Center.

She became manager at Metro Health Southwest in 2006 and now also manages the CTC.

Her Best of Metro nomination praises her commitment to providing the Best Employee Experience.

“We work together to support each other and provide the best patient care possible,” Genther said when explaining what providing the best experiences means to her. “That also goes for the care and support we give our providers and staff. I always have an open door policy. If you need me, I am here to listen. I can honestly say I wouldn’t want to work with a different group of individuals.”
