Molly Walker, who has served as as an intern at the Henika District Library for the last four months, has been selected as its director.
Walker, who is working on completing her master’s degree in library and information science at Wayne State University, succeeds Elysha Cloyd, who resigned last spring to move to Kansas after being director for less than a year. The first four directors of the Henika Library had served for a combined total of nearly a century.
Walker earned a bachelor of science degree in political science from Grand Valley State University.
