Former Watson Township official John Andrysiak, died Sunday, Dec. 6, in Allegan.

John, who served as Watson Township Sexton and was a member of the Board of Review, loved hunting, trapping, fishing and rock collecting. John was a kind, trustworthy, loving and gentle soul. He was the kind of man who always stopped to offer assistance if he thought you needed a hand.

John leaves behind his brother and sister; many nieces; nephews; loved ones and special caregivers.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Mary and little brother, Chuck, who was a Watson Township Trustee.

A private family graveside service will take place at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, at Miner Cemetery in Watson Township with Pastor Greg Carlson officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of John may be made to Wings of Hope Hospice in Allegan.
