Joyce Yvonne Commons, age 85, died Saturday, May 25.

She is survived by her children Dianna (Jerry) Rodanhisler, Paul Commons, Philip (Linda) Commons, Carl (Michelle) Commons, and Lecia (Shane) Russell; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; siblings Joann Brenner and Dorothy (Rudy) Homrich; sister-in-law, Cheryl Wolf; brother-in-law, Dan Miller; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Paul L. Commons; daughters Mary and Jan; parents Albert and Janet Wolf; brother, Michael Wolf; and sister, Mary Miller.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home – Wayland Chapel, 312 N. Main St.. A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 29, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 1871 136th Ave., Dorr.

In memory of Joyce and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the American Cancer Society.
