Allegan County Circuit Judge Kevin Cronin has ordered Stefano Levant (right) to drop the name “Joe’s” in his Joe’s Way pizza business that reopened earlier this year in the plaza next door to Bentley’s Party Store and Big Dipper Ice Cream. He operated a “Joe’s Way” pizza business more than a decade ago on West Superior Street near the downtown, but sold it to the couple that now operates Uccello’s further west on Superior. Silvana Vitale and Salvatore Uccello bought Joe’s Way in October 2001 and Levant agreed not to open another pizzeria within a 10-mile range of 132 W. Superior St. Scott Parker (at left), an employee, said plans now are to call the business “Your Way” pizza.
