June Elaine Lettinga, age 79, of Wayland, died Thursday, April 30.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Ralph; her children, Kevin and Debra L. Lettinga, Ken and Debra J. Lettinga, Stephanie and Darryl Helmholdt; grandchildren, Ashley and Chris House, Aubrey and Josh Van Laan, Austin and Julianne Lettinga, Alexa and Bill Klunder, Vanessa and Aaron Lalone, August and Katelyn Lettinga, Ryan and Tiffiny Lettinga, Nicole and Eric Buys, Derrek Helmholdt, Keith Helmholdt; 21 great grandchildren; sister, Ellen and Ron Sabin, brothers-in-law and sisters-law, Jim Stringham, Vern Lettinga, Wilbur and Sharon Lettinga, Ted and Elly Lettinga; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, John Ebels; sister, Gladys Stringham.

Private family services will be held at 11 a.m, Monday, May 4, at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home with Rev. Calvin Compagner officiating. The service will be live streamed at www.mkdfuneralhome.com (click on “Join Live Stream” on the bottom of the home page).
