Kmart has announce
d that two of its retail stores in Kent County will close soon. The closest Kmart to Wayland, Moline and Dorr is the store on 68th Street at U.S.-131 is one of the two designated for closure. Observers suggest the others stores in that plaza near the expressway will close as well.

I liked the article on the Wayland Middle School Student Council visiting residents at Green Acres Assisted Living. Maybe that is how we can bring genealogy to the school systems.?
