Many citizens are puzzled by a horrible lack of snow in these parts. In West Michigan, there has been less than two inches of snow that has fallen as of mid-December and hopes for a “White Christmas” are fading. Winter is only a little more than a week away, but you wouldn’t know it by looking outside your window. Yet it’s not the first time this phenomenon has occurred.
