Ingredients:

2 pounds ground venison 
1 lb. regular jimmy deans pork sausage
1/3 cup soy sauce less sodium 
1/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup drained dry crushed pineapple 
2 eggs
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup dried minced garlic
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Bamboo kabob skewers for grilling

Directions: Combine all of the ingredients and let marinate for at least an hour in the fridge. Soaking the bamboo skewers in water for an hour also while the meat marinades will help the skewers to not burn while grilling. Roll out the marinated meat into links by hand, or in plastic wrap. Insert stick into each so that it forms a handle to support the weight of the meat.

Preheat your outdoor grill to medium high heat. Place the venison sticks on the grill and cook each side until nicely grilled and caramelized on all sides.
