A Martin man arrested with five others last month for soliciting sex from teen-agers on line pleaded guilty in court Wednesday.

Alexander Bogdan, 33, of Martin, pleaded to charges of accosting a child for immoral purposes, aggravated indecent exposure and computer crimes and will be sentenced in November.

Bogdan and five others were arrested by the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s office in August.by members of the Kalamazoo Human Oppression Strike Team who posed as juveniles on hundreds of sites and apps and messaged men looking to have sex with minors. Among the group arrested was Joshua Knapp, 43, of Wayland.

The strike team arrested three men last April. Authorities said the men thought they were talking with a 15-year-old girl over the Internet when they asked for sex. However, they were communicating with an undercover police officer. When the men arranged to meet up at a Kalamazoo-area hotel, they were arrested.
