EDITOR’S NOTE: It was reported late Monday night that the truck was located in the Pullman area, but the trailer is still missing.

Dakota Elkins of Martin has reported on Facebook that his truck was stolen Sunday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.

He said it’s 2006 maroon F-250 with Hostile wheels with a 20-foot easy load utility trailer. 

He wrote, ” I went to pick my truck up from the shop in Martin (right next to Martin Tire) and found that it was gone and tire marks peeling out headed north on 11th street off Allegan Street/116th (the road across from Dover farms). Truck was hooked to a 20-foot easy load utility trailer with a winch on it.

“If anyone sees or knows anything about it, please contact me or the Allegan County Sheriffs Department.”
