Two Martin Schools’ Odyssey of the Mind took part in the World Finals May 20-23 at Michigan State University. The Brandon Elementary team (shown above) placed 15^th among 47 teams with 765 pounds on their structure. The middle school team took 27^th place out of 57 teams with 935 pounds on their structure. The unofficial weight held was 1060 pounds. The Martin elementary and middle school teams won the Division I and Division II state championships at Thornapple Kellogg High School in March.
