Gloria Jean Wagner of Dorr died Wednesday, April 20. She was 79.

Gloria retired from the post office in 2002. She enjoyed going to the casino, playing cards with her friends, shopping, and spending time with her dog, Coco.

She will be deeply missed by her husband, Robert (Bob) Wagner; children Theresa (Paul) Cochran, Brian (Deb) Wagner, Alicia (Brian) Pretzel, and Jamie Wagner; ten grandchildren Andy, Kerry, Josie, Nora, Brandy, Paige, Ashlyn, Aubrey, Chase, and Brynn; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Marian Schumaker; son, Rob Wagner; and grandson, Paul Cochran.

Visitation with Gloria’s family and friends will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home, 4330 18th St., Dorr. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 27, with one hour of visitation prior, at St. Therese Catholic Church, 128 Cedar St., Wayland. Interment will be held at Dorr cemetery.

In honor of Gloria, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
