Juliette Bishop, age 89, of Wayland, died Tuesday, June 25.

She is survived by her son, Eddy (MaryLee) Bishop; daughters Gerda (Dick) Pitcher and MaryRose (Larry) Patterson; grandchildren Larry Jr. (Beckie) Patterson, Adam (Michelle) Patterson, Rick (Elissa) Pitcher, Jaime (Ryan) Standish, Joe (Jessica) Pitcher, Troy Bishop; 13 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters and 1 brother, many nieces, nephews in Belgium and many friends.

Juliette was preceded in death by Joseph, her husband of 59 years; her parents, two sisters and three brothers in Belgium.

The Mass of Christian Burial with Father Alphonse Savarimuthu presiding will be at 11 a.m. Friday, June 28, at St. Therese Catholic Parish, 128 Cedar St. SW, Wayland. Relatives and friends may meet Juliette’s family from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, with Rosary said at 6:30 p.m., at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home, 312 N. Main St., Wayland, as well as one hour prior to the Funeral Mass at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Juliette to Faith Hospice and St. Therese Catholic Parish.
