Jasper S. Horvath, age 94, of Gun Lake, died July 11.

Jasper enjoyed his farm in the Gun Lake community. He retired from General Motors. Jasper was a member of SS Cyril & Methodius Catholic Parish.

Jasper is survived by his nieces and nephews and several close friends, including Dick Konecny.  He was preceded in death by his parents Vincent and Cornelia Horvath; his brothers and sisters: Sister Jeanette (Helen) Horvath, Anne Mlynarchek, Steve Horvath, Tony Horvath, Fabian Horvath, and Frank Horvath

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 15, at SS Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church, with an hour of visiting from 10 to 11 a.m., with Father Alphonse Savarimuthu presiding. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.

In memory of Jasper donations may be made to the SS Cyril & Methodius Building Fund.
