Eleanore F. Bosek died Wednesday, July 14, at the Wings of Hope Hospice in Allegan. She was born on the first day of spring, March 20, 1924, and was 97 years of age.

Eleanore was a lifelong member at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Hilliards. She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Circle, St. Stanislaus Altar Rosary Society, and a member of the church choir for many years.

She is survivd by her son, Robert Bosek; sister-in-law, Annabelle Harnish; cousins Jim (Karen) Bala, Brenda (Bub) Brainard, Ron (Tina) Bala; and many family members in the Chicago and Detroit area.

Preceding her in death were husband, Raymond Bosek Sr.; her  caregiving son, Raymond “Zig” Bosek Jr.; sisters Imogene Bosek, Mildred Curths; brothers Gene Bala and Chester Bala.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 19, with visitation at 10 a.m. and Rosary beginning at 10:30 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Church, 1871 136th Ave., Dorr. Interment will be at St. Stanislaus Cemetery.

In honor of Eleanore, contributions may be made to St. Stanislaus Catholic Church or Wings of Hope Hospice – Allegan.
