Peter Jon Miller Sr., age 73, of Dorr, died Sunday, Feb. 23.

Pete loved spending time with his family and will remain in their hearts forever. He retired from General Motors after 30 years of service.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Marge; their children Ann (Chris Gates) Brower and children Dylan and Ethan; Pete (Michelle) Miller and children Nick and Matt; George (Jodi DeYoung) Miller and daughter Cloey; Linda Miller and Mike (Kendra) Miller and daughter Aubrey. Also surviving are his sisters Donna Smith and Dianne (Dean) Wolf; in-laws Ray (Lorry) Belka and Barb Belka; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents George and Rita Miller.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, at St. Mary’s Visitation Catholic Church, 2459 – 146th Ave., Byron Center, with Fr. Christopher Derda as celebrant. The family will receive relatives and friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday  at the Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home, 4330 18th St. Dorr, MI. Rosary will be said at 3:30 pm Thursday. Burial will be at Visitation Cemetery.
