Frank Carlo Yob, age 84, of Dorr, died Wednesday, Nov. 13.

Frank was a devoted, loving, caring husband, father and grandfather, was dedicated to his Catholic faith. He was employed at Light Metals for 40 years and enjoyed working even after retirement. He enjoyed hunting, watching the Lions and Tigers on Sunday afternoons, going to auctions and estate sales. Frank served his country in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Annette; daughter, Jane (Bill) Burrows; grandchildren, Alex (Teona Werkema) Proos, Mackenzie Burrows; great grandson Kayden Proos; brother Edward Yob; sister Rose (Mario) Caruso; many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Laura Proos; and many of his siblings.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, at St. Dominic Catholic Church, 50 Bellevue SW, Wyoming, with Fr. Jose Quintana presiding. Interment in Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the church.
