Charles Wayne LaRoche,  80, of Dorr, died Monday, March 16.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Ruth; his sons Edward (Donna) LaRoche, Eric (Sherri) LaRoche; his daughters-in-law Linda (Don) Dykstra and Ann LaRoche; 12 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sisters, Yvonne (Ed) Arnold, Rita LaBanco, Kathy (Rich) Moore, brothers, Robert (Kathy) LaRoche, Philip (Dorothy) LaRoche and Keith (Barbara) LaRoche, and many extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his sons Mark and Wayne LaRoche; his sister Carol DallaCosta and his brother Francis LaRoche.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary’s Visitation Catholic Church, 2459 – 146th Ave., Byron Center, with Fr. Stephen Rodrigo celebrant. The family will receive relatives and friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday with a vigil service at 5 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center Chapel, 2067 – 84th Street, S.W.
