A Master Theatre Arts series of summer camps will be offered next month at the Wayland High School Fine Arts Center.

The camps include:

• Exploring Theatre — for children kindergarten through second grade, 8:50 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday, July 9 through Friday, July 13. Children can explore activities and take part in drama, mime and dance. The cost is $75. Registration deadline is June 29.

• Explore the Arts — geared to third- through eighth-graders, from 8:50 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, July 9-13. Students may join in on  drama, choreography, mime and puppetry. Participants should bring a sack lunch. Cost is $140. Registration deadline June 29.

• Introduction to Acting & Theatre — is for tweens and teens ages 12-18, from 8:50 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, July 23-27. Participants can learn acting fundamentals, including script reading, memorization, acting dialogue, characterization, blocking and working with other actors. Segments also will handle production, including lighting, and other technical aspects, costumes, set building and props. Participants should bring a sack lunch. Cost is $140. Register by July 13.
