photo_20160815_WM0074650_0_20160815Roxanne Thompson, age 53 of Middleville, a woman with many ties to Wayland, died Saturday, Aug. 13.
Roxanne was a dedicated office manager at Light Metals.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Thompson; her children: Rachel Clouse, Robert (Jessie) Clouse, Ryan (Janaya) Clouse, Kris (Mindy) Thompson and Cody (Ashley) Thompson; her grandchildren: Ava, Mercedes, Wabsi, Andrew, Aidan, Austin; her mother Marilyn Adams; her brothers Larry (Darcy) Hale, Scott (Bobbi Jo) Lahaie; her sisters Shawna Hale Merren, Faith Corner, Dawn (Benjamin) Pekelder; her sisters-in-law Joyce Haywood, JoAnn VanVolkinburg, Linda McMann, Ann Thompson; her brothers-in-law Jerry (Stephanie) Thompson, Merle (Leslie) Thompson, Butch Thompson; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by R.V. and Doris Hurst; her sisters-in-law Vivian Carpenter and Barb Thompson; and brothers-in-law Dave Thompson and Larry Haywood.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 29, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services, Wayland, with an hour of visitation beginning at 2.
