Ron Winger, age 75, of Leighton Township, died Friday, Jan. 13.
He was born in Wayland Dec. 1, 1941, the son of Milford and Hattie (Bredeweg) Winger.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years Linda Winger, children Brent (Sue) Winger, Wendy Winger and Rex (Missy) Winger; his grandchildren Taylor, Morgan, Macey, Elijah, Oliver, Molly and Elliot; his sister Judy (Tom) Winger-Frank and his trusty friend of 32 years, Jake.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17, at the Green Lake Calvary Church, 608 145th St., Caledonia. Ron’s family will meet with friends and relatives from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 16, at the Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home Wayland Chapel, 312 N. Main St., Wayland.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Green Lake Calvary Church Building Fund or Child Evangelism Fellowship of Allegan.
