Munjoy III, 63, of Shelbyville, died Saturday Sept. 17.Bob was a Vietnam veteran, spent his free time working on motorcycles, fishing and time with his three grandchildren. Bob was enlisted in the Navy in the Fighter Squadron Twenty-Four from 1971-1977. He received several honors and medals during his enlistment.
Bob is survived by his daughter, Sarah Prill, son in law, Christopher Prill, grandchildren, Dustin, Katlyn, and Brooklyn Prill, Helen Hauschild (sister), Judy Keller (sister), and Mike Kenfield (brother), as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by Helen Munjoy (mother), Robert Munjoy (father), Patricia Melton (sister), Jack Kenfield (brother), as well as his son, Robert, “Bobby” Munjoy III.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 23, at Roadbed Ministries located at 5010 Division Ave. SE Kentwood, MI 49548. A luncheon will follow at the American Legion located at 133 44th ST SE Grand Rapids, MI 49548.
