Cora “Karen” Henning, 98, of Wayland died Tuesday, June 15.

Cora lived life to the fullest and enjoyed traveling, camping and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Sandy Mollema and grandchildren, Jonathan (Allie) Mollema, Danielle (Joel) Hoevenaar, Deanne Mollema (Chris Mull), great grandchildren, Hannah Hoevenaar, Logan Hoevenaar, and Evelyn Mollema, step-daughter, Joanne (Lyle) Carpenter, sisters-in-law, Carole Blanker and Denise Blanker, step-brother-in-law, Duane Klunder, special niece, Linda Anderson, other nieces and many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great- great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husbands, Harry Mollema and Lloyd Henning, son, Steven Mollema, her twin sister, Dorothy Haaksma, and step-daughter, Barb Klunder.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 21, at Stroo Funeral Home, 1095 68th St. SE, Grand Rapids. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 22, at Stroo Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery (2894 Patterson Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512).
