Deborah Sue Baker, age 61, a Hopkins High School graduate, died Tuesday, Nov. 7, at her home in Delton.

Deborah was born on June 7, 1956, in Allegan, the daughter of Lewis and Wanna (Lyons) Clawson.

Deborah was a homemaker and lived a simple life. She raised nine children and they were the center of her life. She was a member of the Otsego United Methodist Church. Deborah enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Rachelle Routheaux.

Deborah is survived by her children: Rebecca Brooks, Tonja (Roy) Kilbourn, Theresa Emmons, Matt Emmons, Mark (Christina) Emmons, Eric Baker, Dan (Marlies) Baker, Tim Baker, Brian Baker, 21 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter, Partner, Philip Baker, sister, Julie Baker, brothers, Kelly and Kevin Clawson and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, at Otsego United Methodist Church 223 E. Allegan Street, Otsego, MI 49078.
