
Technology giant Microsoft has announced that has terminated non-disclosure agreements with four west Michigan communities, including Dorr Township, where it is pursuing data center development.
The move releases municipal officials from their promise not to disclose details about Microsoft’s plans.
Dorr Township Supervisor Jeff Miling has been accused of and criticized for entering into the such a non-disclosure agreement.
Dorr Township late last month agreed to implement a 12-month moratorium on Microsoft’s plans to establish a data center on two parcels within the township.
