It’s been a couple of months since the news was out around town that the MI Guadalajara Mexican restaurant would open its doors and many local folks have been asking when it finally will open its doors. Owners and associates today today confirmed on Facebook that the eatery will open at 11:30 a.m. Friday, July 28, at the corner of Pine Street and South Main Street. It has taken over the building that was formerly occupied by the 4 One 2 restaurant, arcade and distillery.
