Pullman motorcyclist dies at Shelbyville U.S.-131 exit

A 65-year-old Pullman man died in a motorcycle crash Monday near the U.S.-131 expressway exits No. 59, Shelbyville.

Michigan State Police Troopers said Ronald Presley, 65, died just before noon Monday on the northbound exit ramp to 124th Avenue. They said he took the exit ramp too fast, flipped the bike down and was thrown into a road sign.

He was transorted o the hospital, where he died from his injuries.

Police indicated he was wearing a helmet and alcohol and drugs do not appear to be factors.
