Quick skillet for an easy, tasty goulash-style dinner

Quick Skillet

Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
2 cups water
1 15 ounce can of tomato sauce
1/4 cup of ketchup 
3 to 4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 cups uncooked macaroni
1 bag of your favorite frozen veggies thawed 

Brown ground beef and drain fat. Stir in the water and the next four ingredients. Reduce heat to a low simmer uncovered for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add your veggies and finish cooking until macaroni is tender. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
