This year’s Citizens of the Year award was presented during the Main Street Sesquicentennial celebration Saturday downtown to Sandy Scheib (left) and Dorothy DeWeerd. Both are retired widows who continue to serve the community, Sandy with the monthly Food Truck and Dorothy with Christian Neighbors.
