Second big winter storm in a week hits West Michigan

Another winter snowstorm hit West Michigan Tuesday, less than a week after getting nailed by 11 inches of the white stuff. The scene for motorists looked a lot like this, as reported by Kay VanDrunen Tuesday afternoon. All area schools were closed Tuesday, as were all extra-curricular events Tuesday evening, including high school basketball games. There was more than a little speculation that schools and events would be called off Wednesday as well.
