Bruce “Buford” Balfoort, age 54, died Tuesday, March 17.

Bruce enjoyed NASCAR, being outside, and spending time with his friends and family.

He is survived by his children Ashley (Eric Smith) Balfoort; grandson, Renn Smith; sister, Mary (Dawn) Balfoort-Outwin; mother, Ethel Visser; and many extended relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father James Balfoort; and his grandparents John and Marie Balfoort.
