Carolyn Derby, age 73, died Tuesday, May 29.

Carolyn will be lovingly remembered by her children; her grandchildren; her great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, June 1, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services, 312 N Main St., in Wayland with visitation one prior to service.

Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery.
