Kathy Lynn Church of Allegan died Saturday, Nov. 22. She was 55.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 1, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home — Dorr Chapel, 4330 18th St.
Services will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2 at Jijak Camp, 2558 20th St., Hopkins Township, with visitation one hour prior to service, beginning at 10 a.m.
