Mitchel Jon Pavlak, 24, of Hopkins, died Tuesday, Dec. 4.
It was reported on the Hopkins Public Schools’ web page that he was killed in a work-related accident.
He survived by his wife, Kaitlyn; his children, Raven and Dawson; parents, Tamra and Jon, brother, Jeremiah (Mykel) Pavlak and sister, Nicole (fiancé Wyatt Stegeman), in-laws, Jay (Teresa) Arndt, Barbara (Bob) Brown, Jake (Annie) Arndt, Taylor Arndt and Macy Arndt; niece and nephews, Emry, Levi, and Abel Pavlak, and RJ Arndt; grandparents, Janet (Tommy P. deceased) Pavlak, Ed and Carol Haveman, and many relatives and friends.
His celebration of life service will be held at at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at Hopkins Community Church, 2142 128th Ave, Hopkins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, may be made to an education fund for Mitchel’s children.
