June Margaret (Lindley) Sherwood, age 89, died April 12.
She was born on June 10, 1927, the daughter of Herbert and Sada (Shugart) Lindley.
She is survived by her children Rebekah (Gary) Butterfield, Jamie Sherwood; her grandchildren BJ (Allie) Shuck, Luke (Jessica) Shuck and Samuel (Kate) Butterfield; great-grandchildren Maxwell, Mackson and Eloise Shuck, along with several nieces, nephews and extended relatives.
June was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, James H. Sherwood; her parents and three siblings.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, at Leighton United Methodist Church 4180 2nd St., Caledonian. June’s family will meet with friends and relatives from noon until the time of services.
