Richard Terpstra, age 83, died Wednesday, Nov. 4.Lee was born Feb. 13, 1932, in Dorr, to Herman and Agnes Terpstra.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Patricia; children, Pam (Greg) Moores, Rich (Kristi) Terpstra, Doug (Shelley) Terpstra, and Jeff (Lori) Terpstra; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; sisters, Esther (Gill) McRobert, and Rose Danhoff; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandson, Ryan Terpstra, and his sister, Dorothy Miedema.
Memorial services for Lee will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Corinth Reformed Church, 129 100th St. SE, Byron Center. Relatives and friends may meet his family Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center Chapel, 2067 84th St. SW.
