hton Township, died Friday, March 18.She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Robert Syswerda; her sons Bruce (Linda), Michael (Christine), and Kevin (Sarah) Syswerda; grandchildren Amanda, Jack, Ava, Kyra, Katelyn and Andrew Syswerda; sisters Ruth Decker and Linda (Mark) Stevens; sister-in-law Kay (Rich) DeVoogd; brother in-law Roger (Sharon) Syswerda; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and her beloved dog Molly.
She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Minnie Fifer, and her brothers Russ and Jack Fifer.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Carlisle United Methodist Church, 1084 – 76th St., Byron Center with Pastor Mike Ramsey officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center Chapel, 2067 84th St. SW and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.
