e 68, died Saturday, Nov. 1.Robert worked 28 years for Keeler Brass in Grand Rapids. He spent much of his retirement supervising while his brother, Ed, worked on their farm. Robert loved hunting, fishing, working on his vehicles and being outdoors.
Robert is survived by his children, Robert Hoffius, Kim (Michael) Skiba, Leah Miller; his grandchildren, Joshua Halvorsen, Jessica Hudson, Gage Hoffius, Tyler Miller, David Miller; his great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Dylan, Madison, Aleyana, Elizabeth, Alaya, Amyah; his siblings, Ed and Alice Hoffius, Sandra Pitcher, Marijo Halvorsen; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Marilyn Rae Hoffius; his longtime companion, Robin Iler; and his furry friends, Bear, Runt, and Romeo.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services, 312 N. Main St. in Wayland. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 18, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services.
