Curtis John Kitler, age 54, of Dorr, died Sunday, Sept. 6.

Curtis was a hard worker, as shown in his career choice of welding and fencing. He also enjoyed trips up north with friends and family, spending time with his wife, Angela, and spending time outdoors.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Angela Kitler; his children Jonathan Kitler, David Kitler, Jacob Kitler, Daniel Kitler; grandchildren Paislee, Eli, Zander; parents David and Eileen Kitler; his siblings Roger (Deb) Kitler, Wayne (Diane) Kitler, Kim (Lee) Vandersyde and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home – Dorr Chapel, 4330 18th St. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, at Hopkins Community Church, 2142 128th Ave. Curtis will be laid to rest at Salem Township Cemetery.
