Daniel Roger Bileth of Dorr died Wednesday, Nov. 1. He was 80 years old.

Dan enjoyed spending times with friends and family, watching classic television shows and movies and bluegrass music.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jean Bileth; children Daniel Bileth Jr.; Cindy (Todd) Kruizenga, Ron Bileth; grandchildren Travis (Carrie Myers) Bileth, Amanda (Alex) Avery, Kayla (Joe) Reurink; Jovy (Heather) Bileth; 10 great-grandchildren; nephew, Bob (Pat) Bileth; close friends Daryl, Moe, Jim, Dave; and many extended family and friends.

Dan was preceded in death by his parents George and Marguerite Bileth; siblings George (Barb) Bileth Jr., Marie (Leonard) Petchaur, Mary (Bob) Bouwer; nephew, Bob Bouwer Jr.; niece, Mary Stout; and close friends Bob Wiersma and Paul Reeder II.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home (Dorr Chapel), 4330 18th St. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, at Unity Baptist Church, 3514 12th St., Wayland, with visitation from 10 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the service.

In memory of Dan and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Unity Baptist Church of Wayland.
