Demolition has begun in the former pool area at Wayland High School. Crews are lowering the floors by three feet to bring them level with the hallways, eliminating the need for stairs to access this space.
This marks the first step toward creating the high school’s new indoor “fieldhouse,” a project made possible by financial support of the local community through the bond request of May 2023.
