Theresa Irene Laskowski, 74, of Dorr, died Sunday, April 18, at her home.

Born Jan. 14, 1947, in Grand Rapids, she was the daughter of the late William and Margaret D. (VanOeffelen) Keenan and was the wife of Stanley Leon Laskowski.

Theresa had been a longtime member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Dorr. She loved to spend time sewing and crocheting beautiful items she shared with family and friends. Theresa also enjoyed spending time tending to her flower gardens.

Theresa’s greatest joy came from being with the ones she loved. She especially cherished the memories made with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband of 33 years, Stan, Theresa is survived by her children, Sherri (Jamie) Whitehead, Mary Ann (Tom) Woodward, Christina (Mark) Elburn, Marty French, Angela Clevenger, Micki (Darrin) Hewartson, Amanda Eastman, Lacey Laskowski and Soney Walton; siblings, John (Sandra) Keenan, Richard (Brenda) Keenan, Bernadette (Francis) Schafer and Keith Keenan; 28 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Keenan, and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 1871 136th Ave., Dorr. A Rosary service will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by Mass of Catholic Burial at 11 a.m. Theresa will be laid to rest in the church cemetery.
