Bacon & Cheese Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 dozen large eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons mustard
4 tablespoons pickle juice (I used my home canned sweet chunk pickle juice) use what ever you’re taste buds like
1 cup shredded cheese (I used mozzarella) cheddar works great too
12 ounce package of thinly sliced bacon
Paprika (I used sweet smoked paprika)

Directions:
Prepare the bacon by preheating the oven to 400 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper then place the bacon side by side on the tray. Bake from 10 to 20 minutes until you get the desired amount of crispness. Check on it after 10 minutes.
To prepare the eggs, place in large pot covering with cold water, bring to a full boil. Continue to boil adjusting the heat as needed for 2 minutes then remove from heat, cover and let set for 15 minutes. Place in ice bath for 5 minutes, Drain, peel and cut in half. Mix together the yolks with the mayo, mustard, pickle juice, and shredded cheese.

Fill the halved egg whites with the yolk mixture topping off with the crushed bacon and a dusting of paprika. Enjoy!
