After a balmy 60-degree day Saturday and a windy Sunday, Michigan weather played its customary tricks in March by sending us the return of wintery conditions. Actually, the accumulation was less than three inches, but visibility was less than desirable at times during the morning and some motorists appeared to be caught by surprise.
