A traffic crash near the U.S.-131 Gun Lake Casino exit No. 61 Wednesday morning caused delays for motorists.

Authorities said vehicles and trailers were involved in the incident, but injuries were minor.

Troopers from the Wayland post of the Michigan State Police and Michigan Department of Transportation reported the problems occurred in the construction zone on U.S.-131 where it intersects with M-179. Both lanes on the expressway were open as of late afternoon. Southbound was closed for debris cleanup for some time.
