Most villages, towns, townships, etc. in this area plan to observe Halloween trick-or-treating on Sunday from roughly 5 to 8 p.m., but Martin’s will be Saturday evening, Oct. 30. Hopkins Township firefighters will be out from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday to assist safety in crossing Main Street and various locations.
