Two employees at Buckeye Construction in Leighton Township sustained non-life threatening injuries in a work place accident Monday morning.

Authorities said a piece of machinery fell on two men inside a warehouse at the company site on Electric Avenue, just off 10th Street. They both were taken by ambulance to Metro Hospital for treatment.

Buckeye Construction manufactures prefabricated walls for homes, The firm now must contact the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which will investigate the incident.
