Linda Engel, age 74, died Wednesday, Dec. 14.

Linda loved her grandkids and great-grandkids and always enjoyed having her family together. She loved the holidays, especially Christmas. Linda loved being crafty. She made uniquely colored water that she called coffee.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Engel; children Rob Gardner (Robb Melville), Lisa (Daniel) Williams, Heather Bornson, Amy (Asdras) Jackson, Sara (Terrance) Murphy; 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Wayne Westfield; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Lucielle Westfield; brother, Gene Westfield.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 22, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home, 312 N. Main St., Wayland. A private family interment will take place at Poplar Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers and in memory of Linda, contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice Care of Grand Rapids.
